What are Committees?
Committees are groups of members who are in charge of a specific part of the club. It is highly encouraged for members to join committees since it not only helps you get MRP awards, but it is an easy way to become more involved with Key Club and requires members to do little to no work! At the end of every regular club meeting, committees will get together for 5 to 10 more minutes and discuss about what they're going to do. The two committees our club has are event committee and spirit committee (you can only be in one committee).

Event CommitteeThe event committee is in charge of helping the president plan, find, or help at events. Members can find events on their own time and suggest them to the president, and by doing so they will be put as the event chair for that event which gives them a point on the MRF. Members also help plan fundraisers or decide on which fundraisers our club should have. Furthermore, if the president needs help setting up for an event then they will ask their event committee for assistance. For more information on the event committee or to join it click here!

Spirit CommitteeThe spirit committee is in charge of the social aspects of the club and help out the four other officers with it. The tasks of the spirit committee include making spirit gear, socials with food, interclub meetings, advertising, spirit days (Key Club Week, PTP Week, ect), decorating events, and a whole lot more!
