What is the MRF?
The MRF, or Monthly Report Form, is a document with information on all the things pertaining to our club from the start to end of each term (April 1st to March 31st). The MRF has information such as how many hours each individual member has, their contact information, a system to determine which members receive awards at the end of the year, how many meetings we have, and a tab for each month containing everything we did for that month. The two most important parts of the MRF are the Member Recognition Program (MRP) and the Service Record.
MRPThe MRP is the system on the MRF that determines which members get awards at the end of the year. There are four different types of awards: bronze, silver, gold, platinum. To get these awards you must have a certain amount of hours and qualify for a certain number of requirements out of the 13 that exist. Service RecordThe Service Record is the tab on the MRF that has the hours of every member and which events they've gone to throughout the term. Hours on the service record include both volunteer hours and Key Club hours, meaning it counts hours from trips and meetings and not just service events. To see how many hours you have click here!
